Registration for 2008 Camps

Total cost of each session:   $220

Elite camp:   $175

To reserve a spot you must submit at least $100 with each session you select along with a registration form. Balance due by June 1st, 2008.

How to Register

B. Register by mail

1. Download the registration form or call or e-mail for a brochure.

2. Fill out the registration form neatly and completely.

3. Fill out a check to cover deposit ($100 per session) or remit full amount. 

4. Make your check payable to:  Hockey Specialty Camps

5. Send completed registration form and your check to:

Additional Information

Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail when we receive your deposit and a properly filled out registration form. 

Additional important information will be included with your confirmation. If a camp you register for is currently full, we will promptly notify you by phone.

Final payment is due on or before June 1, 2008. Any cancellation before June 1, 2008 is subject to a $75 non-refundable fee.  After June 1st, $150 is non-refundable.
